Registration & Camera Ready Paper Submission

“Registration fees are non refundable and non transferable.”

         "IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented at the conference."

1.  Each accepted paper needs at least 1 regular or ECTI/IEEE Member or ECTI/IEEE Student Member early-bird registration; otherwise the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings. 

Note that ONE author registration will cover only ONE paper.

2.  At least one author of each accepted paper MUST present paper in the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings. 

3.  Member or Student Member of ECTI or IEEE must declare a valid membership status e.g. a copy of Member or Student Member card or other membership evidences upon registration, where our registration will allow a file download of relevant membership evidences to the system.

4.  The author(s) pays the registration fee by logging into the author account and selecting payment. The author(s) can pay for one accepted paper at a time. (Entering Camera Ready Paper Submission & Author-Presenter Registration Website)

Remark:

1.  Regular, ECTI/IEEE Member, ECTI/IEEE Student Member Registration covers Abstract book, CD-ROM, Bag, Souvenir, Coffee-Break, Lunch, Welcome Reception (June 24), Banquet (June 25).

2.  Accompanying person registration covers Abstract book, CD-ROM, Bag, Souvenir, Coffee-Break, Lunch, Welcome Reception (June 24), Banquet (June 25). But accompanying person registration cannot cover the inclusion of papers into IEEEXplore.

3.  Additional ticket for Welcome Reception on June 24 is 750 THB (available at the registration desk)

4.  Additional ticket for banquet on June 25 is 1,200 THB (available at the registration desk)

5.  Additional ticket for lunch on June 25 is 550 THB for adult and 275 THB per child (under 12 yrs) (available at the registration desk)

6.  Additional ticket for lunch on June 26 is 550 THB for adult and 275 THB per child (under 12 yrs) (available at the registration desk)
